Thai Spicy Mustard Seed Chicken Shredded Tofu
Overview
Another very refreshing cold dish, not too high in calories. It’s also very simple to make and served quickly. There are too many kinds of condiments at home, but I like to use Thai chili sauce for cold dishes, which is not spicy but has a little sweetness.

Prepare materials. Cut the onions into thin strips and soak them in cold water to remove the spiciness. Remove the tofu from the plate and set aside. Dice the tomatoes. Cut the cucumber into thin strips.

Cook the chicken breasts, let cool and then tear into thin shreds.
