Fruit gummies
Overview
I made jam from the apricots I bought online, and made three bottles in total, so I started thinking about making some French fruit gummies to use up the jam! I have cooked it on a gas stove over low heat before, but today I decided to cook it in a microwave!

This is homemade apricot jam

Mix 20 grams of granulated sugar and apple gum

Dissolve 2 grams of citric acid in 3 grams of cold water

Pour jam into heatproof jars

Put it in the microwave for 30 seconds

Take it out and use a thermometer to measure that it is above 40 degrees

Add sugar and apple gelatin, mix well, then heat in microwave for 2 minutes

Heat until stable and above 80 degrees, pour in corn syrup and stir evenly

Then put it in the microwave again and heat it for 30 seconds, then take it out and add 50 grams of sugar and mix well

Then use the microwave to heat it to 106 degrees. I did it N times for 30 seconds each time until it was heated to 106 degrees. Then I poured in the citric acid mixed water

Pour it into a container while it's hot. I put plastic wrap on it for easy release

Cool completely and cut into small pieces

Roll the small pieces of sugar into the remaining granulated sugar
