1. 1 Soak the vermicelli until soft, tear it slightly, mince the beef, add minced ginger, cooking wine and sesame oil and marinate for 10 minutes

   

2. 2 Heat the oil in the pot, pour in the marinated beef and stir-fry, add the chopped pepper, and continue to stir-fry

   

3. 3 Add vermicelli and stir-fry until cooked. Add soy sauce and chopped green onion before serving. Since my chopped pepper is quite salty, I didn’t add any salt
