Wash the sweet corn and steam it. Or you can use raw sweet corn

Cut off the corn kernels with a knife, put them into a food processor, and add appropriate amount of coconut milk and fine sugar. If it is cooked corn, select the blending program; if it is raw sweet corn, select the soup program to start

Pour it out when finished, preferably filter it

Sprinkle a little coconut milk on the bottom of the mold. You can use a silicone mold or a metal non-stick mold, and the shape can be whatever you like

Add the filtered corn juice to corn starch and stir well

Heat over low heat, stirring constantly in one direction until it becomes thick

Pour it into the mold, sprinkle a little grated coconut on the surface, shake it a few times to release the bubbles, put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour and then remove it from the mold
