Overview

Speaking of barbecue, there are Beijing-style barbecue, Inner Mongolia barbecue and Xinjiang barbecue. I modified this stir-fried barbecue by myself, and modified it according to the taste of my daughter. I only use onions as side dishes. My daughter doesn’t like coriander, so I omitted the coriander; she likes the taste of cumin very much, so I increased the amount of cumin. In winter, this is also a very tough dish.
