On weekends, the children were at home and stewed a pot of Cordyceps Flower Chicken Soup. The soup is golden in color and clear but not turbid. It's great to use on top of small ravioli.

There is still some carrot, mushroom and pork stuffing left.

Cut wonton wrappers diagonally.

Wrap some stuffing.

Wrap it the way you like. My children especially like the small wontons I made, one bite at a time, very good.

Wrapped small wontons.

Coriander, chives, millet pepper.

Boil an appropriate amount of water in the pot and pour the wontons into it.

Bring to a boil.

Take it into a bowl, season with a little salt and chicken essence.

Ladle in appropriate amount of Cordyceps Flower Chicken Soup.

Sprinkle with coriander, chives, and millet pepper. Delicious little wontons are ready.
