Cut onions, garlic and green peppers into shreds, and cut the pancakes into strips (I rolled the pancakes yesterday and deliberately left them for fried pancakes).

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add green pepper and a little salt (actually it tastes better with sharp pepper, because the baby can't eat too spicy, so I use green pepper).
