  1. Cut onions, garlic and green peppers into shreds, and cut the pancakes into strips (I rolled the pancakes yesterday and deliberately left them for fried pancakes).

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add green pepper and a little salt (actually it tastes better with sharp pepper, because the baby can't eat too spicy, so I use green pepper).

  4. Add the pancake strips and a little water, stir-fry for a while, add light soy sauce and a little MSG, and finally add some green onion leaves and enjoy!
