Every time I make braised meat, I make more. If I can’t eat it at once, I can eat it in different ways. Spring is the season to replenish the liver, which is good for the body and delicious.

Put a little oil in the wok

Add some sesame oil for seasoning, because the braised liver has been fully flavored during the braising process, so there is no need to add additional seasoning
