Braised pork ribs

Braised pork ribs

Overview

My boyfriend said that he likes to eat at home so that he can have a sense of life. I didn't even wash the dishes at home before, so I decided to learn cooking skills. Today I cooked braised pork ribs. He said it tasted pretty good, so I'd like to share it with you.

  5. Stir-fry quickly to coat the ribs evenly with sugar. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt and stir-fry for a few times. Pour in boiling water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Turn to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Tips: Because the ribs are pressed in a pressure cooker, you don’t need to stew them for too long. If the ribs are just blanched in boiling water, you will need to stew them for about 40 minutes...
