First boil the bamboo shoots in boiling water for about 20 minutes, then take the shoot tips (the tender part), chop them into slightly larger pieces.

Crack the eggs in a bowl, add salt and MSG to taste, then put the sun tip powder into the bowl and stir evenly.

Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, and when it is 7 minutes hot, pour in the bamboo shoot egg liquid

Spread the egg liquid into egg cubes

Add water to the spread egg pieces. (Just use the bowl with the egg liquid to fill with water) You can add a little more.

Wait for the water to boil, add an appropriate amount of salt to taste, make it slightly salty, and then add two spoons of sugar (you can add sugar according to your own taste. I am from Wuxi, so I prefer something sweeter.) Just wait for the water to drain away a little. Sprinkle some chopped green onion for a more fragrant taste. If you don’t have it at home, save it.
