Cut the pork belly into small pieces, cook and cut into thin slices.

Cut the Chiba tofu into two pieces and then cut into triangles.

Wash the onions and cut into thick shreds; wash the garlic sprouts, take one and cut into small sections.

Pour oil into the pot, heat it up, add pork belly and stir-fry for a while until the meat slices are slightly browned.

Add shredded onions and garlic sprouts and stir-fry.

After the onions are sautéed until soft, add the phyllo tofu.

Pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Sprinkle in appropriate amount of cumin powder and stir-fry evenly.

Wash and cut another garlic sprout into small pieces, sprinkle it into the pot, turn off the heat and stir evenly.
