Christmas Frosted Cookies
Overview
I made these cookies for Christmas last year. It was my first time to try icing decorations. They were so beautiful! I just haven’t got the hang of it yet, it’s not quite smooth!

After the butter has softened at room temperature, first crush it with the head of a whisk, add fine sugar and stir, then beat with a whisk at low speed until the butter becomes lighter in color

Beat the eggs into egg liquid and add the whole egg liquid several times

Each time you add it, you need to use a whisk to beat the oil and water until the oil and water are combined. This is after adding all the beaten ingredients

Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix evenly with a spatula

Knead the dough and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

After the dough comes out, let it soften at room temperature and use a rolling pin to roll it into a biscuit crust. You can put a little flour on the rolling pin to prevent it from sticking

Use a mold to press out the wreath shape

Arrange in baking pan

Bake in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 170 degrees for 12 minutes, then remove from the oven and cool

Add powdered sugar to the egg white liquid and mix well with a manual whisk

Then beat with an electric mixer until smooth

Put it into a piping bag, add food coloring, and pinch more to make the color even

Cut a small slit in the mouth of the bag and draw a pattern on the biscuit, first draw the border

After it solidifies, fill in the color inside. If the frosting is too dry, add lemon juice, drop by drop. Finally, melt some dark chocolate to draw the eyes
