Overview
My family likes to eat fried lotus root dumplings and meat dumplings during the Chinese New Year. I remember when I was a kid, as soon as my dad fried the dumplings, I would gather around the kitchen and wait for the first pot of dumplings to come out. I would eat them before they cooled down a bit. The aroma made you eat one after another non-stop. Now this is also my son’s favorite, so I tried to make some myself, and the taste was good.
