Orleans-flavored peanuts

Overview

Weird-flavored peanuts were a favorite snack when I was a kid. I used the on-site Orkan BBQ seasoning, so it has a weird taste!

Steps

1. 1 Wash the peanuts with clean water and stir-fry over low heat

   

2. 2 When the peanuts are almost cooked, add a small amount of water to a small pot and add sugar to make a syrup

   

3. 3 Pour the fried peanuts into the syrup, add a spoonful of Orleans barbecue seasoning, and stir quickly with a spoon

   

4. 4 It starts with a big lump, turn off the heat and keep stirring. As the temperature drops, the peanuts will spread out and the syrup hanging on the peanuts will turn into icing sugar. Pour it into a plate and let it cool

   

5. 5 Eating while watching TV

   

6. 6 Paired with black tea, you can’t stop drinking it!
