Ingredients
Steps
-
Five eggs were broken into the egg bowl (I unexpectedly got a double yolk, so keep it~ haha)
-
Add sugar and salt
-
Sit on a basin of 40 degree hot water and use an electric egg beater to beat the whole eggs
-
Whisk until smooth and without big bubbles, it will take 8 to 10 minutes
-
Sift in low-gluten flour twice
-
Use a rubber spatula to stir evenly
-
Take a small bowl and pour 80 grams of corn oil, mix with a little egg batter and pour it into the egg batter in the egg beater
-
Continue to mix evenly with a rubber spatula
-
Pour into an eight-inch hollow mold, shake it a few times to release large bubbles, and bake on the bottom floor of a preheated oven at 145 degrees for 55 minutes
-
After taking it out of the oven, I invert the bottle into the cool mold and then unmold it
