Steps
-
Preparation materials: Jiwei shrimp, Kaiyang (dried shrimp), corn tofu, green onion, ginger and garlic
-
Remove the heads, shells and strings of the prawns and soak them in hot water for 8-10 minutes
-
Chop the prawns into minced shrimp, mince the Kaiyang (use half), mince the onion, ginger and garlic
-
Pour the minced onion, ginger, and garlic into a bowl of minced shrimp/chopped ocean, add an appropriate amount of pepper, light soy sauce, and sesame oil to taste (Jiwei shrimp is relatively fresh, so cooking wine is basically not needed), mix well, and marinate for 2-3 minutes
-
Squeeze out the tamagoyaki tofu and spread it on the plate
-
Spread the marinated shrimp paste on the corn, and sprinkle the remaining shrimps that have just been soaked on the top layer
-
Put a steamer on high heat and steam for 3-5 minutes after the water boils
-
Turn off the heat, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onions for decoration (I don’t have any green onions anymore, so I use chicory leaves to decorate)
