Minced Pork and Sour Cowpeas
Overview
I used to love kimchi very much. I used to have a big kimchi jar, and I would start making kimchi every autumn so that I could enjoy it in the winter. However, my teeth got worse and worse, and my teeth became sour the next day after eating, so I stopped making kimchi. I've been craving sour cowpeas recently, so I bought a bag and minced pork into pieces and fried them. It tasted really good. The only drawback was that my teeth fell out the next day, so enjoy it while you can! Don’t wait until your teeth are bad and you can’t eat even if you want to. Hehe.
