Drinking it regularly can cure diseases and strengthen the body. It is a rare health drink in hot summer. Zhibao and I both like to drink sour plum soup. Sour plum soup is a must-have drink for my family in the summer. After making many different recipes of sour plum soup, this recipe was adjusted by myself. It has the best taste among all the sour plum soup I have ever tasted. Today I will share the recipe with you! 😄

Prepare the required ingredients.

Wash the black plum, hawthorn, tangerine peel and licorice with water several times and drain the water.

Pour 1800ml of water into the casserole, put the drained ingredients into the casserole and soak for an hour.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 50 minutes.

Add rock sugar and turn off the heat after all the rock sugar has melted.

Strain the sour plum soup through a mesh sieve to remove the soup residue and put it into a basin.

Sprinkle sweet-scented osmanthus on the surface, and the aroma is fragrant.

After it cools down, put it into a glass cold bottle and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours before drinking.
