Mince the pork.

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black pepper, green onion, salt, and eggs and stir evenly.

Add cornstarch and stir well.

Heat oil in a pot until it is 50% hot, add the meatballs and fry slowly over low heat.

Remove from frying until the surface is browned.

Heat oil in a pot, add onion, garlic and star anise and saute until fragrant.

Add water, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and sugar.

Add the meatballs to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add water starch before serving.

Take out the meatballs.

Pour the soup over the meatballs.
