Homemade fries
Overview
I rarely go to McDonald’s or KFC to buy French fries for my daughter. I tell my daughter that my mother can also make French fries. My daughter is so well-behaved that she always urges me to make French fries for her. Over the weekend, I just bought some potatoes and made French fries for her. In the morning, I watched her sitting in the car on her way to school, eating breakfast quietly and contentedly. She held the French fries in her little hands, biting them one bite after another. She felt so happy... You don’t have to worry about the oil being unhygienic when you make your own French fries. You can also make your own ketchup. These taste good.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and peel two potatoes
-
Cut into strips and put into a large bowl. Rinse with tap water to remove part of the starch
-
Take a pot and put an appropriate amount of water in it. After the water boils, add the French fries and cook them until they are medium cooked. Do not cook them until they are 10% cooked, as they may break easily.
-
After taking it out to dry, cover it with a preservation bowl and put it in the refrigerator to freeze quickly. I made it the next day. You can also freeze it for 2-4 hours before cooking. It doesn’t need to be frozen either.
-
Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, wait until the oil temperature is slightly higher, add the fries and fry until the fries are slightly brown. Control the oil and remove it.
-
Sprinkle a little salt on the noodles while it's hot and add tomato sauce. It tastes good.
