Rinse chicken feet with water

Put the star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, light and dark soy sauce, salt and chicken feet into the pot and cook

After the water boils, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and cook for 20 minutes to take out the chicken feet!

Take it out, rinse it twice with cold water, add pickled peppers, and then add appropriate amounts of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, and vinegar (these can be added according to personal taste)

The finished product is the first time I made it. It tastes good. My daughter especially likes it. I personally don’t think it’s spicy enough. You can add some chili padi and soak it together
