Sausage Fried Rice
Overview
I don't like rice, but egg fried rice is an exception. My husband knows that I love it, so he often stir-fries some to enjoy. I have to say, his stir-fry was delicious.

Cut the sausage into dices, and chop the green vegetables and green onions into mince.

Heat the pan, pour in the salad oil, slide in the egg liquid, and stir-fry quickly.

Take out the fried eggs and set aside.

Pour in the sausage cubes and stir-fry to release the oil.

Add minced green vegetables and continue to stir-fry.

Pour in the chopped eggs you just scrambled.

Add the green onions and continue to stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of salt.

Plate. Start.
