Pumpkin Polenta

Pumpkin Polenta

Overview

I first learned about @kingbowkunbo casserole on Weibo. I was immediately attracted by the two words that the casserole can be used to bake sweet potatoes even if it is dried and quenched. I remembered that I had lost several casseroles before due to reasons that were not considered quenching. Once, I just removed the pot from The stove hood cracked when I took it off and put it on the marble countertop. Another time, when I added tap water to the pot and put it on the stove, it completely shattered. Vegetables were scattered all over the stove. At that time, I realized that casseroles need to be used with great care. I also hoped that it would be great if there were casseroles that were not afraid of rapid cooling. I was very excited when I discovered that the Kunbo casserole is not afraid of dry cooking or rapid cooling. After watching many people practice roasting sweet potatoes, roasting purple sweet potatoes, and even some people frying peanuts, I was even more amazed. This is exactly the pot I want. 2015 really got off to a good start. Kunbo fulfilled my wish and approved my trial application, giving me the opportunity to get such a beautiful red casserole. Thank you very much! I was very excited when I received the pot. It looks ten times better than I imagined. The smooth surface makes flies split when they land on it. The large capacity can be worn as a hat. I believe it will be easy to cook a whole chicken. According to the appetite of my family, it will not be a problem for 5 to 6 people to eat one pot.

In the summer when corn is in abundance, boil the corn, rub the corn kernels out, put them in a food bag and freeze them for storage. You can eat them as you go. It is especially suitable for cooking porridge. The corn kernels are full of water in the porridge, making them tender and delicious.

  8. The one I have is Kunbo I series 4.6 liter C-grade red. According to the C-grade standard, I worked very hard to find trachoma inside and out. There were three black dots in total, which were very scattered. There were also five or six very small ones. I had to press my face almost against the pot to see them. I was very satisfied with the result.
