As for the dumpling wrappers, before that, I had always bought them at the vegetable market. The dumpling wrappers this time were also very successful. I like it. Prepare flour and water.

Add 1/4 spoon of salt and add water.

Mix well and knead into dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 20 minutes.

Spread a layer of flour on the cutting board and knead the dough into a long strip.

Cut into small balls of uniform size, then use a rolling pin to roll into a round shape of uniform size and thickness. It becomes a dumpling wrapper.

Remove the leaves from celery and wash them.

Chop the celery into fine dices.

Add appropriate amount of salt, condiments and a little soy sauce.

Mix well.

Take a dumpling wrapper and put enough filling on it.

Knead it together. If it is too dry, wipe the edges of the dumpling wrapper with water.

Pinch the lace on the edge of the leather. Because I was doing it alone, I couldn’t follow the process of embroidery.

Doing it one by one, I made two kinds of fillings and wrapped them in two shapes.

Heat oil in a pot, add a small bowl of water, put in the dumplings, cover, and simmer for a while. When the dumplings are cooked and the water has dried up, continue frying for a while. The bottom of the dumpling skin will be golden brown and crispy. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
