Cut onions into strips, slice carrots, cut cauliflower into small sections and wash.

I used a flower knife to cut carrots.

Boil water in a pot and add carrots and cauliflower. Add a little salt, bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer.

Dilute and stir the light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, miso paste, and vegetable soup in the pot.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until fragrant

Pour in the mixed seasoning and bring to a boil over high heat.

After boiling the soup over high heat, pour in the fat beef. Fire.

Pour in the rice wine. After the fat beef is cooked, turn off the heat.

Put the rice in a bowl and spread it evenly with a spoon.

Place the cauliflower and carrots in a bowl with water. Remove the beef and onions with a slotted spoon and place them in the bowl.

The crispy Japanese tofu that comes with it is delicious.
