Onion-flavored cinnamon hand-pulled pancakes

This is my first time doing it, and I still feel a little unskilled. I would like to share my progress with you all. (I don’t know why the picture can’t be straightened, so let’s just make do with it.)

340g warm water

550g flour

A dough mixing program for the bread machine

Add 25 grams of flour to 50 grams of oil to make a puff pastry

Mix the noodles well and let them rise for 15-20 minutes

Divide the dough into 150g equal parts, roll it out flat, sprinkle an appropriate amount of cinnamon powder, add a tablespoon of pastry and spread evenly.

Use a knife to cut the dough into strips without cutting off the sides. Then roll up the dough.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, flatten the prepared dough and put it into the pot, fry over low heat until done.

Fry both sides until golden brown and remove from the pan.
