Air fryer version of fried hairtail

My husband was full of praise for the new air fryer he bought and asked me if I could fry hairtail. I said yes, hairtail is not a trivial matter. Take action now. By the way, should I write an experience review about my fryer?

Wash the hairtail and cut into sections.

Cut green onions into sections, shred ginger, and slice garlic.

Add chopped green onions, shredded ginger, and garlic slices to the hairtail segments, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, starch, and black pepper, mix well, and marinate for half a day. Flip a few times in between to coat each piece of hairtail with the marinade.

Prepare egg mixture and bread crumbs.

Dip the marinated hairtail into a layer of egg liquid.

Add in bread crumbs and roll in.

Shake off excess bread crumbs and spread fish evenly in the frying basket.

Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Arrange the shredded onions, ginger and garlic on top of the fish, and drizzle with a little vegetable oil. Air fryer at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Take it out and turn it over once in the middle.
