Two flavor pizza
Overview
Please forgive me for making such a giant version of pizza for the first time~~ There are too many ingredients and the crust is too thick... Do you imagine that you are a big eater and eat a lot... Although it looks very rough, the overall taste is still very good. The pineapple soaked in sugar water is delicious after roasting until soft~ Cantonese-style sweet sausage and cheese also go well together, and the taste is very good. It is specially paired with lemon black tea, which is refreshing and relieves greasiness~~ I believe it will be better next time~ Let’s summarize the improvements first: 1. This time I used 350g of all-purpose flour, which was too much. As a result, even using a 10-inch pizza pan, the crust still felt too thick. It is estimated that 250g of noodles should be suitable, with a thin and crispy bottom and medium-thick edges. 2. The pizza sauce is used after being frozen, and the moisture content increases. It should be stir-fried in a pan for a while to remove the moisture. 3. The fruit filling has too much moisture, which causes too much moisture to accumulate in the bottom of the cake during baking, which prolongs the baking time. Next time you make a fruit filling be sure to remove the excess moisture first. 4. When the baking time is extended due to excess moisture, the heating temperature is not adjusted in time, resulting in overcooking of the sausage and cheese on the surface.

Put a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the mushrooms until they change color and become fragrant.
