  1. Shred the tenderloin, starch, rice wine, salt, sesame oil.

  2. Cut the cucumber into shreds and the bamboo shoots into shreds.

  4. Pour oil into a hot pan, fry half-cooked eggs and set aside.

  5. Add a little oil and green onions, stir-fry shredded pork until fragrant. Change color and serve.

  6. Add a little oil, add bamboo shoots and shredded carrots to the pot. stir fry

  7. When it becomes soft, add fried fungus and shredded pork to the pot.

  8. Cover with some salt and simmer for half a minute. Mainly because I am afraid of fungus splashing.
