Ingredients
Steps
-
Steam the pumpkin slices for 10 minutes, until soft
-
Crush and let cool
-
Pour all the ingredients into the bread machine bucket and add the pumpkin slowly to avoid over-wetting. You can also rub it by hand.
-
Knead a kneading routine. For hand kneading, the dough should be smooth and smooth
-
Cover and let ferment for about an hour.
-
Let the dough rise to 2-2.5 times in size. Use your fingers to dip some flour in the middle and pinch it. If it doesn’t spring back, it means it’s fermented well
-
Add about 20g of flour outside the ingredients to the large dough and knead until smooth again, then deflate. Cut into three parts (because I steamed it in three layers)
-
Knead each one for a while
-
There are basically no pores when cut open. Knead the first one first, then let it loosen, then knead the second one, and so on. After kneading the third portion, the dough will be softer after the first portion has relaxed
-
Use a rolling pin to roll the first portion into a rectangular shape
-
Press and roll up, then divide into equal parts. Then place on the steamer. Then roll out the second portion again
-
There needs to be a little distance, because it’s going to get bigger
-
The second fermentation takes about 20 minutes, and the dough is ready when it has risen to 1.5 times in size
-
Start steaming with cold water, then turn to medium heat after the water boils, and steam for 15 minutes. Let it simmer for two minutes before opening the lid
-
Open it to dry to prevent the steam from getting wet
-
Very soft and delicious
