Wash the glutinous rice and soak in water for 3 to 4 hours. Wash the adzuki beans and put them in a pressure cooker, add sugar, mix well with water, and cook into honey red beans. I obviously took photos of this process, why are they gone? ! It’s great to put the soaked glutinous rice, washed jujubes and peanuts in the pot together. After boiling the pot for 20 minutes, take out the peanuts and jujubes. The glutinous rice continues to be steamed. Mix the steamed rice with sugar and set aside. (I also took a photo, but couldn’t find it. I guess I didn’t save it? Strange)

Spread the rice flat, put the steamed peanuts on it, and put the steamed jujube slices on the other half (frankly speaking, I originally planned to have a layer of jujubes, but the steamed jujubes were not enough)

Put all the remaining rice on top and smooth it

Bring to a boil over high heat and steam for 20 minutes

Just change to medium heat for another 20 minutes. If you like honey, drizzle it with honey when eating.
