I have a big bag of shredded radish that I can’t finish and use it to make pancakes. It’s so delicious

Dissolve the yeast in 300mL of warm water at 40 degrees Celsius and let it sit for 15 minutes

Beat 1 egg into the flour, add 10g sugar, 5g salt, stir evenly

Slowly pour in the yeast water and use chopsticks to stir into fluffy form

Knead into a smooth dough, cover and ferment until doubled in size

While the dough is fermenting, stir-fry the shredded radish. Put a small amount of oil in the pan, pour in the shredded radish, add an appropriate amount of salt, five-spice powder, a small amount of water, and soy sauce. Stir-fry until there is no soup. Remove from the pan and let cool and set aside

Take out the fermented dough, add an appropriate amount of chopped green onion, and knead it into a round shape. Divide it into 4 equal parts and cover with a clean cloth to rest for 10 minutes

Take a piece of dough and wrap it in shredded radish

Place the wrapped cake dough on a chopping board and gently roll it out

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the hot pan, put in the cake embryo and fry over low heat

Fry both sides until golden brown, add an appropriate amount of boiling water, cover and simmer until the water dries up

Pancakes that have been braised in water are not so hot
