Steps
-
Prepare ingredients. (27 directly uses corn self-rising flour, I am too lazy to add other things to make flour, huh~)
-
Put the butter, sugar, and eggs together and mix well (use hot water underneath to help melt the butter).
-
Add pure milk, milk powder, coffee powder and stir again.
-
After mixing, pour into the flour and knead into a ball (the small one is coffee flavored, the big one is milk flavored~heehee~~~) seal it well and put it in the refrigerator to wake up for 30-40 minutes.
-
After all the dough has risen, roll it out into a thin crust and use a grinder to cut out the biscuit shapes. (In the meantime, take some time to preheat the oven to 175 degrees)
-
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
-
Put a thin layer of oil under the baking pan, put the dough on it, put it in the oven, middle layer, heat up and down, 175 degrees, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
-
Huh~ It’s baked~~ Eat it while it’s hot~ The old rule is to dip it in a little honey, condensed milk, chocolate sauce, and then add a glass of milk~ Let’s get started~~~
-
The cute shape is definitely popular with children~ Of course, it is also popular with adults who have not grown up~ Hehe~~
-
Because it was all baked into biscuits, it felt a bit much~ So, I made the remaining dough into steamed buns~ The taste is quite good~~ The elderly at home like this steamed steamed buns very much~ Mmm~
