The mushrooms are marinated in advance to add flavor, and the shrimp paste and the other two garnishing ingredients are chopped into pieces. You can also use cooked egg whites, ham, cooked egg yolks, carrots, fungus, green vegetables, etc. for garnishing.

First prepare the stuffing, grind the meat, add onion and ginger, salt, chicken essence, sugar and appropriate amount of water and stir well. Heat the flour in boiling water to form a snowflake dough, let it cool for a while, then knead it into a dough.
