Dice onions and bacon; blanch clams and mussels in boiling water, then add wine and simmer to remove the fishy smell. Peel and dice tomatoes. Wash the rice and drain it.

Once the olive oil is hot, add onions and sauté. Then add diced tomatoes and stir-fry.

When the tomatoes soften and the onions become fragrant, add the rice and stir-fry.

Once the rice has absorbed the oil, add the seafood, bacon and water and smolder as you would cook the rice.

Before serving, sprinkle with cheese powder.
