Fried rice dumplings
Overview
I made a lot of rice dumplings before the Dragon Boat Festival. I fry the cold rice dumplings in a pan. They are crispy on the outside and waxy on the inside. They are also quite delicious

Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan, add sliced rice dumplings and fry slowly over low heat
