Put water in the pot, add dumplings and bring to a boil.

Pour boiled dumplings into a bowl of cold water and bring to a boil.

Prepare a spoonful of light soy sauce.

Prepare a small spoonful of vinegar (you can add more according to your personal taste).

Pour in half a spoonful of salt.
