Stuffed peppers
Overview
Spring is here, and every time I go to the vegetable market, the fresh and tender leeks always make me want to buy some, either stir-fried, scrambled eggs, fried snail meat, or used to make leek boxes, etc. This time I mixed it with meat, stuffed it into peppers, fried it and then simmered it. Haha, it has a unique flavor.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, cut off the heads of the peppers, wash the leeks and drain the water, chop the meat into fine pieces
-
Cut the leeks into small pieces and put them together with the minced meat. Add a small amount of salt, a small amount of very fresh soy sauce, and five-spice powder and stir evenly (just a small amount of salt and soy sauce is needed to give the filling a base flavor)
-
Stuff the meat stuffing into the peppers and stuff them as full as possible
-
Heat a wok, add oil, and fry the stuffed peppers until they turn tiger skin color
-
When frying the peppers, take a small bowl, add two tablespoons of very fresh flavor, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, half a tablespoon of vinegar, and two tablespoons of water to make a sauce
-
Pour in the fried peppers, bring to a boil, and cook until the soup thickens and serve
