Put the eggs into a container, stir, and add onions, salt, MSG, sugar and other seasonings (chopped green onions can be added later, due to personal habits)

Wash the persimmons and cut into small pieces

Pour cooking oil into the pot, and after the oil boils, pour in the stirred eggs (I am losing weight, so I use less oil)

After frying the red juice, add the previously scrambled eggs and stir-fry.
