Chop the onion, ginger, and garlic, and cut the mustard and green pepper into shreds and set aside. (Put the lettuce aside first)

Then cut the lean pork into shreds

Oil the onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili pepper, stir-fry and add the lean pork shreds, a little cooking wine, then add a spoonful of Pixian bean paste and light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly.

Stir-fry the shredded pork, add mustard, then green pepper and carrot shreds. (For better color, green pepper and carrot can be added later)
