Fried cat ears with tomatoes and eggs

Overview

Stir-fried cat ears with tomatoes and eggs is my favorite lunch for one person. All ingredients are ready-made. The cat ears made in advance are frozen in the refrigerator. I usually boil the cat ears while stir-frying. When the vegetables are fried, the cat ears are also cooked.
