Heat the oil and sugar in a frying pan according to the amount of meat until brown, add the meat and stir-fry until it turns dark red, and serve.

Wash the wok and dry it. It requires no water or oil. Put the glutinous rice into the dry wok and stir-fry until golden brown and serve.

Crush the fried glutinous rice with a rolling pin. Note: don’t make it too crumbly.

Put the peppercorns and aniseed ingredients into hot water, add sweet noodle sauce and cooking wine, and stir.

Add the meat to the stirred seasoning, then add the grinded glutinous rice.

After everything is put, stir and ask every piece of meat to be dipped.

Finally, put it into a steamer and steam for 1.5 hours to 2 hours before it is ready.
