Spicy beef tendon
Overview
Last night I prepared beef tendon skewers for the summer barbecue, and there were some leftovers. I suddenly thought of using them to make spicy beef tendon, drinking a small beer and chewing the beef tendon. It was so pleasant!

Put the cooked beef tendons into boiling water, remove and let cool.

Add green pepper shreds and the above seasonings, mix well.
