Cranberry Steamed Bun Rolls
Overview
Cranberry has a unique sweet and sour taste and is rich in nutrients. It is a health food with good taste and is very popular among people. Dried cranberries are generally used in Western pastries, but today I used them to make Chinese pastry - steamed buns.

Prepare ingredients and set aside, dissolve yeast + warm water.

Mix flour + milk powder + sugar evenly.

Pour the yeast water into the flour and stir.

Knead the dough until it is smooth and place it in a warm place to ferment.

Knead the fermented dough until smooth and divide 1/3 of the dough into small portions.

Wrap 2/3 of the dough with cranberries, roll it into a rectangle, brush the surface with clear oil, and cut into thick strips.

Roll out a small amount of dough into a dough, add cranberry strips and wrap it up.

Place in a steamer lined with oiled paper and ferment again for 20 minutes.

Bring water to a boil and steam for 15 minutes.
