Curry Beef Rice
Overview
There is a person in my family who loves curry the most, so I didn’t want to eat curry for more than a year~ (I got hurt from eating it) Haha, it’s really been a long time since I made curry. There are no onions and carrots at home today, so I’ll just put the potatoes alone. Just as delicious~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut beef and potatoes into medium-sized pieces and set aside for curry. Then blanch the beef in water to remove the blood. I forgot to take photos of this step.
-
Heat the pan, pour in appropriate amount of oil, add beef and stir-fry
-
Then add the potatoes and continue to stir-fry, because there are no carrots and onions at home, friends who like them can add them~
-
Stir-fry until browned and add water. I add more water because I like to eat it with soup.
-
Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer, add curry cubes, add more or less according to personal taste.
-
Add the curry and simmer over low heat, stirring properly as it can easily burn the pot. Friends who like to eat onions can add onions in this step.
-
Finally collect the juice. I left more soup because it will be very thick after cooling.
-
Cover it on the rice~dangdang~

Let’s eat~delicious~
