Put the washed eggs into the pot, add water, the water should cover the eggs, and then cook over medium-low heat for about 4 to 5 minutes (do not use high heat, as boiling over high heat will easily cause the eggs to crack)

After cooking, pour away the water and rinse the eggs with cold water. When the eggs are rinsed to a temperature that is not hot, use a spoon to gently crack the egg shell (don't use too much force, otherwise it will break completely, just crack the surface of the eggshell to make it easier to taste)

Refill the pot with water and add all the seasonings except the black tea bags

After boiling over high heat, put in the black tea bag (ordinary tea leaves are also acceptable, but the tea leaves in the black tea bag will not be all over the pot when boiling, and the fragrance is not bitter. If you are using tea leaves, it is recommended to put the seasoning balls in it and then put it in the pot for cooking. After cooking, just open the seasoning balls and discard the spices inside, so that the whole pot will not be covered)

Boil again for 2~3 minutes until all the brown color of the black tea bag is soaked, then take out the black tea bag

Put the eggs with cracked shells in (keep the soup covered with the eggs, so that the cooked eggs will not be dark on one side and shallow on the other)

Then cook over medium-low heat for 30 minutes, turning the eggs from time to time to let the flavor evenly absorb. Turn off the heat and soak for more than an hour before eating (because the eggs are soaked in the soup for a long time, the eggs will have a richer flavor. If you can’t finish them all at one time, you can store them in the refrigerator. Just boil them when you eat them. It is best not to cook too much at one time. After all, you can’t eat too much, just to satisfy your cravings)
