Overview

I came home and played it myself after seeing a friend of mine do it. It's slightly different from what he did, but it remains the same. Everyone can make their own ingredients.   1. Prepare ingredients. Glutinous rice, wheat, beans, red pepper, meat, dark soy sauce, salted egg. The glutinous rice, wheat and beans are steamed first and set aside.

  2. Cut the salted egg into about a quarter (I used a bread knife because it has serrations), and remove the salted egg white. Make sure it is clean, otherwise the flavor of the egg yolk in the colored egg will not blend well with other ingredients. Place the salted egg yolk back into the shell and set aside.

  3. Mix the chopped peppers, minced meat, glutinous rice, wheat and a little dark soy sauce evenly. Dark soy sauce is mainly for coloring.

  4. Stuff the mixed ingredients into the salted eggs. Stuff the amount of ingredients just enough to fill the space in the eggshell, and then cover it with the eggshell.

  5. Wrap the salted eggs filled with ingredients evenly with tin foil and place in the oven. Used 170℃, 25 minutes.

  6. Finished product. It combines the saltiness, aroma and powder of salted egg yolk, with the slightly sticky texture of glutinous rice and the obvious grainy texture of wheat. The color, smell and taste are very good!
