Wash the garlic and cut into sections

Slice or shred the pork, simmer with shredded ginger, salt and soy sauce for a while. Pour salad oil into the pot. When the oil turns red, add the simmered pork slices and stir-fry until white. Set aside.

Set aside ginger and onion shreds.

Pour salad oil into the pot and stir-fry the ginger and green onions. When fragrant, add the garlic moss and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the pork slices for a while, remove from the pan and put on a plate.
