Mint and osmanthus meat
Overview
Osmanthus meat is a traditional dish. It is marinated with fat and lean pork plum meat, then battered and fried twice. It is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It is delicious and delicious. Fried food is occasionally made to satisfy cravings. This time I added mint to try a new dish. Unexpectedly, the addition of mint made the taste not greasy at all, but had a refreshing aftertaste. It is great to eat in summer.
