Wash and cut the celery into sections, stir-fry until cooked and set aside.

Wash the Jiang beans and cut them into sections, stir-fry them and set aside.

Wash and cut potatoes into pieces, stir-fry until cooked and set aside

Wash the meat and drain it and set it aside. Heat the fire and add oil to fry the meat. Then add potatoes, river beans, celery and water. Boil the pot for 20 minutes, then add coriander and cook until the water is almost dry, then turn off the heat
